Ryanair has unveiled fares starting at £14.99 for September and October flights on routes like London to Castellon, Barcelona, and Valencia. For those traveling in November and December, prices are slightly higher, beginning at £19.99. Similarly, easyJet’s current sale offers over 780,000 seats at reduced rates, with discounts up to 20% on certain routes. Travelers can find fares from £18.99 for journeys such as Gatwick to Alicante, Bristol to Malaga, and Luton to Barcelona, while some October flights to Palma are priced from £15.99.
Wizz Air is expanding its operations in Spain by establishing new bases in Valencia and Madrid in November, introducing routes that will heighten competition with Ryanair. Meanwhile, Spanish airlines are also stepping into the price war. Vueling has slashed prices by up to 20% on 110,000 seats, offering international flights from €16. Iberia is providing domestic flights from €24 and European routes from €29. Air Europa is celebrating its anniversary with fares starting at €25.
